Sven Jonsson

Sven Jonsson Findeln (15 July 1930 Hudiksvall, Sweden - 24 July 2018) was a Swedish international football referee.[1][2]

Career

He officiated three international friendly matches in 1968-76 and one of them was Nordic Football Championship match that played between Finland-Denmark (1:3) in 1968.[3] He also refereed matches in club football in UEFA competitions such as UEFA Cup (8) and Cup Winners Cup (2). His worst performance as a referee in the match between Örebro SK and IFK Göteborg in 1970 which ended with Swedish football's first hooligan riot.[4]
