Swapan Banerjee
Swapan Banerjee is the State Secretary of Communist Party of India (CPI) in West Bengal.[2] He is also a member of the National Executive of Communist Party of India.[3]

He was elected the State Secretary of CPI in West Bengal after the sudden death of veteran communist leader and former Member of Parliament Prabodh Panda in February 2018.[4] He is also a member of the National Executive of Communist Party of India (CPI) since the Kollam party congress which was held in April 2018.[5] He was announced a star campaigner of CPI in the 2019 Indian Parliament Election on behalf of the CPI National Council.[6]
