Telmatobius cirrhacelis

Telmatobius cirrhacelis is a species of frog in the family Telmatobiidae. It is endemic to Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forest and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss. It is currently critically endangered.
