Thakur Jaivir Singh

Thakur Jaivir Singh is an Indian politician. He was elected to the Barauli constituency of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly in 2002 and 2007. Singh was a minister in the Mayawati government of 2007 to 2012.[1][2][3]

He had earlier in 2017 vacated his seat for Yogi Adityanath to become an MLC after he was chosen as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. He was elected again as MLC on 6 May 2018, on a BJP ticket.
