The Battle of Bull Run (film)
The Battle of Bull Run is a 1913 American historical drama silent black-and-white film directed by Francis Ford.[2] It portrays the First Battle of Bull Run during the American Civil War.[3]

Kawin (Berkeley: University of California Press, 1987, p. 46), a standard 1000-foot theatrical reel of film in the silent era was projected at a speed of 16 frames per second, considerably slower than the 24 frames in the sound era. Silent reels therefore had an average running time of 15 minutes or slightly less.
