The Guestbook
The Guestbook is a hotel booking site and a cash-based loyalty program for hotels that was founded in November 2013 by James Gancos.[1] Gancos currently serves as the company CEO.[2][3][4] Rooms booked through the program or directly through a hotel provide a cash rebate to the user of five percent[5] through PayPal, gift cards, charitable donation, or ten percent towards a future hotel booking.[6][7] In August 2016, The Guestbook represented approximately five hundred hotels,[6] across fifty countries.[8][9][10]
