Plot

Jeremy Abelar, Sean Floyd, and Donnie are all heading to the woods for spring break. Jeremy invites his sister, Becky, and Donnie's ex girlfriend, Sarah. Donnie presuades Sean to make a move on Becky, who he's had a crush on since he was little. When they arrive, Jeremy leads them to a campsite where Sean tries to make a move on Becky, but they are both interrupted by Jeremy, who has had an incident resulting in him losing his most prized possession. They give Sean their phones as he tries to get a signal. As he reaches a cliff, he finally is able to call 911, and Donnie throws a can in the fireplace to get the medical responders' attention. Jeremy is taken to the hospital as they give the responders a cooler box with the penis inside of it. As the sun rises, they realize that they gave the responders the wrong box, as the box with the penis is still with them. Lost in the woods, they try to find their car but end up fiding a radio tower instead.

As they head into the tower, they see a rattlesnake, shocking Sean, who throws the box towards it. The snake bites the penis, so Sean is left with no choice but to suck the venom out of it. At a lake, they "borrow" someone's boat and are able to find their car. They go back to a gas station where they first bought booze with Jeremy's fake soldier ID. Sean and Donnie ask the clerk if he knows how to clean up the penis, who they say belongs to the soldier who bought booze earlier. He gladly is able to clean the penis up for pay, but Sean and Donnie refuse. The clerk chases after them with a bow and arrow, and one is able to shoot through the window, "hitting" Donnie in the head. They arrive at the hospital and give the box to the staff. They soon realize that the penis was surgically implanted into the wrong person. They confront the person, who tells them that his crazy girlfriend cut it off in an argument. His girlfriend arrives at the hospital, begging for forgivenes, but she soon cuts it off again. The friends run off with the penis, and Becky is officially left on bad terms with her ex after Sean had accidentally messaged him something mean while trying to find a signal for the phones.

The friends realize that Jeremy used his ID name to sign into the hospital, so they call every hospital until they find a patient with that name. They are able to find him and he successfully has the surgery. A couple of months later, Jeremy is in a wheelchair and has a girlfriend. Becky, who is leaving to colllege, says goodbye to the team, and takes off.
