The Philadelphia Experiment is a 2012 science fiction TV movie. It is directed by Paul Ziller and stars Michael Paré, Malcolm McDowell, Nicholas Lea, and Emilie Ullerup and based on the urban legend of the Philadelphia Experiment.

Plot
In 2012 United States Navy USS Eldridge disappears and appears in Pennsylvania in 2012 due to Philadelphia Experiment. Government researchers try to re-create the 1943 "Philadelphia Experiment" to cloak warships, but their success has unintended consequences, forcing the survivor of the original experiment and his granddaughter to combat the death and destruction.
Other portrayals
Actor Michael Paré already featured in the 1984 film of the same name here, 28 years later, has the role of henchman Hagan.[1]
