The series began in 2010 under its original title Motivate Yourself and was changed to The Richard Nicholls Podcast in November 2017 to coincide with the publishing of Nicholls' book 15 Minutes to Happiness in December 2017.[1] The series has been particularly popular in Britain, reaching number one in the Apple iTunes Podcast chart on multiple occasions.[2]
Guests on the show have included Radha Modgil, Sophie Scott and Robin Ince.
