Theodore Payne Thurston
Theodore Payne Thurston (June 30, 1867 – January 28, 1941) was the second diocesan bishop of Oklahoma in the Episcopal Church. Prior to his consecration as bishop, he served as rector of St. Paul's Church in Owatonna, Minnesota; St. Paul's Church in Winona, Minnesota; and St. Paul's Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
