Timo Leino

Timo Leino (May 16, 1936 – January 18, 2014) founded the Department of Speech Technique in the University of Tampere in 1974. He was the head of Department from 1974 to 2001. Leino pioneered speech analysis in Finland. He worked extensively as a versatile influencer who courageously and determinedly developed speech education in Finland.[1][2]
