Tomas Hilifa Rainhold

Tomas Hilifa Rainhold (born 7 February 1991)[1] is a Namibian long-distance runner. In 2019, he competed in the men's marathon at the 2019 World Athletics Championships held in Doha, Qatar.[1] He finished in 17th place.[1]

In 2018, he competed in the men's half marathon at the 2018 IAAF World Half Marathon Championships held in Valencia, Spain.[2] He finished in 111th place.[2]
