Tony D. Bauernfeind

Tony D. Bauernfeind is a United States Air Force major general currently serving as the chief of staff of the United States Special Operations Command.[1] Prior to serving in his current position, he was the commanding general of the Special Operations Command Korea.[1]

In July 2020, nominated for promotion to lieutenant general and to serve as the vice commander of the U.S. Special Operations Command, replacing United States Navy vice admiral Timothy Szymanski.[2]
