Trevor Chan
Trevor Chan is a game designer and CEO of Enlight. He has designed strategy video games such as Seven Kingdoms, and business simulation games such as Capitalism.
Chan began his game development career while he was still employed as a programming consultant on an airline sales system. He released a strategy game based on competition between program managers at a television station in the early 1990s. This propelled him to undertake the game that would eventually become Trevor Chan's Capitalism in 1995.
He also became interested in developing a real-time strategy game, inspired by adapting the empire-building aspects of Sid Meier's Civilization into real-time. The end result was the release Seven Kingdoms. He produced sequels to both Capitalism and Seven Kingdoms, and had stated that he planned to follow up with further releases in the series.[1]
In 2004, Trevor Chan worked with American McGee[2] on Bad Day L.A. and prior to it, was a developer and lead designer of the Trevor Chan's Restaurant Empire.[3]
