Ownership

The company is owned by the descendant of the late Singaporean billionaire Ng Teng-fong.[2] As of 2019, Ng family controlled companies owned 72% shares of Tsim Sha Tsui Properties, which Ng Teng-fong's sons Philip Ng Chee-tat and TST Properties Chairman Robert Ng were deemed as beneficial owners of the listed company.[3]:90, 102

It is a member of Sino Group owned by Singaporean Ng Teng Fong family.[5] It is mainly engaged in real estate development for sales and investment. It was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 1981. In 1995, it became a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Index (blue chip stock).[6] Sino Land is majority (53.95%) owned by Tsim Sha Tsui Properties.[3][7]
