Ulises Alfredo Castillo Soto[2][3] (born 5 March 1992) is a Mexican road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Elevate–Webiplex Pro Cycling.[4]

In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Castillo and the second or maternal family name is Soto.
