The Wych Elm cultivar Ulmus glabra 'Pendula Macrophylla', was first mentioned by Maxwell ex Journal of the Royal Horticultural Society 18: 91, 1895, as U. montana (: glabra) var. pendula macrophylla, but without description.[1]
