Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation
The Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation (Russian: Союз кинематографистов России) is based on the self-governed individual membership nationwide public organization created to protect common interests and achieve the statutory goals of the associated professional creative figures of Russian cinema, working in the audiovisual field.
The founding congress of the Union was held February 28, 1990. Organization charter was adopted 30 November 1991.[1]
