Vadim Vladimirovich Startsev (Russian: Вадим Владимирович Старцев; born 22 March 1978 in Perevalsk, Luhansk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR) is a professional Ukrainian footballer goalkeeper playing in the professional Druha Liha B club FC Shakhtar Sverdlovsk.[1]
