Vahe Hakobyan (politician, born 1971)
Vahe Hakobyan (Armenian: Վահե Հակոբյան; born June 12, 1971 in Yerevan),[1] was a governor of the Syunik region of Armenia, appointed to the position on October 6, 2016. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, he was first deputy director general at Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine CJSC. A member of Armenia's Republican Party. Married, with two daughters.[1]
