Vaidyabrahmin

According to Rigveda,"Brahman (Bipra) who removes and destroys the disease is Vaidyabrahmin".

Maharshi Shankha says, “Bedojjato hi vaidya: sat”, meaning the origin of vaidya from the The Ushana Smriti mentions about Bhisaka ( physician ) born of the illicit union between Brahmin male and Kshatriya female.
