Valery Rashkin
Valery Fyodorovich Rashkin (Russian: Валерий Фёдорович Рашкин; born in 14 March 1955,) is a Russian politician who is a deputy for the Communist Party in the 7th State Duma of the Russian Federation.[1][2][3]
