Due to the crisis the principal, T. Amirthalingam has resigned his designation. On 26 May 2019 during a meeting in the cultural hall, some teachers, parents and OSA put forward a no confidence motion. Amirthalingam accepted it and resigned.
After the school societies like old principal Mr.T.Amirthalingam accepted the designation back.
