Vortex Optics

Vortex Optics is an American manufacturer of optical equipments for hunting, bird watching, wildlife watching, outdoor recreational sports and law enforcement. Vortex products include binoculars, spotting scopes, riflescopes, holographic weapon sights and other optics accessories. Vortex Optics once had a sister company known as Eagle Optics which developed high quality optics for birders.

Vortex Optics is a DBA of Sheltered Wings, Inc., which was incorporated in the State of Wisconsin in 1989. Sheltered Wings, Inc. DBA Vortex Optics began in 2002.
