Waters of Merom
The Waters of Merom is a lake ten miles north of the Sea of Galilee, formed by the River Jordan.[1]
In the Bible, during the conquest of Canaan, Joshua defeated the alliance of Canaanite chieftains under Jabin at the Battle of the Waters of Merom.[2]
