White-capped parrot
The white-capped parrot (Pionus seniloides) is a bird in the family Psittacidae formerly considered conspecific with the speckle-faced parrot (Pionus tumultuosus). The species is found in the Andes mountains from northwestern Venezuela, through Colombia and Ecuador, to northern Peru.[2]
