Who Are the Skulls? is a remix album by the British-American synthpop duo Red Flag. It was released in 2002 by their own label, Plan B Records. The album comes in a custom chrome jewel case with a chrome tray card. The complete package looks as if it was machined from a quarter-inch plate of solid aluminum.
