Although born in Stavanger, Wiese grew up in Bergen – the hometown of his fellow DJ and producer colleagues Kygo and Alan Walker.[1] His songs are often described as groovy, club-friendly and catchy, with great radio appeal.[2] [3]

With his work amassing millions of Spotify plays, the rising Norwegian artist quickly caught the attention of Warner Music Norway who in 2019 released Wiese's single «VIKING».[4] The song became a hit in Norway, reaching the top of several national playlists, including Spotify's «Norway Viral 50».[5] The song has millions of plays on Spotify, and is by far the most played Norwegian football song of all time.[6] Wiese made “VIKING” together with his fellow producer and friend, Joakim Harestad Haukaas aka kid joki, who has also worked with artists such as Zara Larsson, Britney Spears and Seeb.[4][7]
