Wilhelm L. Friedell
Wilhelm Lee Friedell (August 22, 1883 – January 27, 1958), was a Rear Admiral in the United States Navy. Friedell was in command of the U. S. Naval Submarine Forces in European Waters during World War I, and the first commander of COMSUBPAC.[2][3]
