Format
In each episode, a family of five compete in six rounds to try to win prizes from list of six gifts they have previously chosen (their "Wish List"). Each of the six rounds is based on either a question and answers on a chosen subject or a dexterity type challenge. In the question and answer rounds, one member of the family will ask the questions whilst another member of the family attempts to answer them.
The floor made of slabs in LED is divided into two parts: one red (right) and one green (left). When the time starts, the gauge will slowly and continuously tilt towards the red edge. Each good answer advances the gauge towards the green edge. There are three possibilities:
- if the gauge reaches the edge of the red zone or is in the red zone at the end of the stopwatch, the gift is definitely lost;
- if the gauge is in the green zone at the end of the stopwatch, the gift is validated and can only be won by winning the final;
- if the gauge reaches the edge of the green zone before the end of the stopwatch, the gift is won even if the final is lost.
Lifelines
The candidates have at their disposal one lifeline, usable once in the programme:
- reset allows a family member not taking part in the challenge to reset the gauge when it is too red;
