World College of Technology and Management (Gurgaon)

World College of Technology and Management (WCTM) is a private Engineering College offering both Management & Engineering courses, located near Farrukhnagar in Gurgaon, Haryana. It has a campus spread over 18 acres (72,843.41 m2) of land. The College is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana.[1] Incepted in the year 2007, WCTM was established by Amma Chandravati Educational & Charitable Trust.

History

WCTM was established in 2007 by the Amma Chandravati Educational & Charitable Trust, promoted by a group of ex-IITians.

Campus

The campus has a main Administrative Block, Three educational blocks for the academic branches, The campus has both boy's & girl's hostel,Mess, Library, Canteen, GD Room, Seminar Hall, Gym, A Football and Cricket Ground.

Live performances

World College organizes annual fest for the enjoyment of their students, so that apart from studies students can also relax their mind. Bohemia- the Punjabi rap star have been in college in April 2010 for the annual cultural fest. In 2012 Yo Yo Honey singh performed on his dancer numbers of "International Villager" in the college fest. Deep Money the Punjabi singer came in 2013 for college fest. Benny Dayal performed on his slow as well as his dance numbers in 2014 and make the students of the college cheerful by his voice. Gippy Grewal went to college on 17 April 2014 for the promotion of his punjabi film, Jatt James Bond. Annual cultural fest Zenith also held in the college in the month of April.
