Zee Live is the live original content and IP division of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd that aims to create memorable on-ground experiences for audiences across age groups in India. Currently, under its umbrella are 3 IPs across genres – Arth – A Culture Fest[3] in culture, Supermoon in music[4] and comic,[5] and Zee Educare in education. Swaroop Banerjee now heads Zee Live.[2]

Divisions

Arth – A Culture Fest

The First Season[6] of Arth was held on 1 and 2 December 2018, at P C Chandra Garden, Kolkata and on 8, 9 & 10 December 2018, at IGNCA, New Delhi. The Second Season of Arth was held on 4 & 5 January 2020, at Swabhumi, Kolkata and 21, 22 and 23 February, at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Delhi.

Supermoon

An Intellectual Property of ZEE LIVE, Supermoon[5] has been curated with an objective of bringing the leading international entertainment acts from comedy, music, theatre, etc. to India. Supermoon has now become a larger than life phenomenon which aims to give Indian audiences an experience that is enriching and fulfilling to the soul.

The festival has enthralled audiences with events such as Russell Peters[5] as part of The Deported World Tour - touring 6 cities across India with shows in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Pune, and Prateek Kuhad.[7]

Zee Educare

Zee Educare[8] is an alternate career festival designed for the student community, aiming to address the gap amongst young adults for higher education by bringing together researchers, industry experts, professors and alumnus under-one-roof enabling students to make an informed career decision. The Academic conclave is supposed to aid existing professionals to leap forth in their career graph and for parents and students alike to explore options beyond norms. The festival addresses both conventional and non-conventional educational formats with emphasis on new-age tools and methodologies.

Season 1 of the festival took place in April 2019 and saw 30+ Institute stalls, 40+ Youth icons and panel discussions, 15+ hrs of workshops and 5000+ festival attendees. Some of the prominent speakers that addressed students included CarryMinati, Prajakta Koli, Parmish Verma, Gaurav Taneja, Mukesh Chhabra and more.

Season 2[9] of the festival took place in November 2019.

Zee Educare also hosts a nation-wide talent hunt titled "Big Break" wherein the top 6 entries are given an opportunity to perform live at the festival. The top three winners of the Big Break win prizes worth ₹1 lakh respectively and are given the opportunity to be a part of the Zee talent roster.
