The competition culminated with the Greek Cup Final, held at Nikos Goumas Stadium, Athens on 16 June 1974. The match was contested by PAOK and Olympiacos, with PAOK winning 4–3[1] on penalty shootout, after a 2–2 draw between the two teams.

Final
The 30th Greek Cup Final was played at the Nikos Goumas Stadium, Athens. The game ended in a 2–2 draw after extra time and was the first Greek Cup Final decided on penalty shoot-out.
