1981 Avon Championships – Doubles
Billie Jean King and Martina Navratilova were the defending champions, but King did not qualify for this year. Navratilova partnered with Pam Shriver and successfully defended her title, defeating Barbara Potter and Sharon Walsh 6–0, 7–6 in the final.
