Playoff relegation
At the end of the first and second division season, the play-off was played between the 14th placed team in the Ekstraklasa and the 3rd team in the second league. 14th placed Stomil Olsztyn retained their position in the Ekstraklasa against Górnik Polkowice after winning the second leg 5:4 in penalties.
