Notes:
  1. Shukura Kobuleti and Samgurali Tskhaltubo were initially promoted, but later were withdrew from the league due to financial difficulties.
  2. Metalurgi Zestafoni were initially relegated, but after the merger with FC Zestafoni they were promoted to the Umaglesi Liga taking the place of Shukura and Samgurali.
