Other changes
  • Avântul Târnova, Universitatea Sebiș, Victoria Pro Nădlac and Înfrățirea Iratoșu withdrew from Liga IV for financial reasons.
  • Voința Macea, Victoria Zăbrani and Viitorul Satu Nou were inscribe in Liga IV due to the lack of teams.
  • Crișul Chișineu-Criș was spared from relegation.
  • Dorobanți was replaced by UTA Arad II.
