Notes:
- Royal Wootton Bassett Town were deducted three points for fielding an ineligible player in their win over Longlevens on 10 September.
- Carterton resigned from the league, having played three matches, and as a result their playing record (PL:3, W:1, L:2, GF:3, GA:9) was expunged.[1]
Promotion criteria
To be promoted at the end of the season a team must:[3]
- Have applied to be considered for promotion by the end of November
- Pass a ground grading examination by the end of March
- Finish the season in a position higher than that of any other team also achieving criteria 1 and 2
- Finish the season in one of the top three positions
