2016 Wayne State Warriors football team

The 2016 Wayne State Warriors football team represented Wayne State University in the 2016 NCAA Division II football season as a member of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLAIC). They were led by 13th-year head coach Paul Winters and played their home games at Tom Adams Field. Wayne State finished the season with a 7–4 record.
