                        4. Avenir Survilliers forfeited their place in the championship, and are therefore not eligible to compete. UF Portugais Meaux win the tie by default.[44]

                        12. The original game at the ground of Entraide Franco Egéenne was not played due to the pitch being unavailable. The FFF announced that Entraide Franco Egéenne would be penalised and Fosses FU would qualify for the next round.[46] However, they reversed their decision and ordered the tie to be played at a later date at the ground of Fosses FU.[47]

                        7. Match abandoned at half time, with the scoreline 0–8, due to US Metare St Étienne Sud-Est being reduced to less than 8 players. AS Savigneux-Montbrison qualify.[51]
                        8. Match abandoned after 80 minutes by the referee, with the scoreline 2–0, after a mass fight between players.[52] The League committee penalised both teams and removed them from both from the competition[53]

                        Hauts-de-France

                        The Somme district required a framing round, to reduce the number of teams going forwards to the second round from 50 to 48. These ties were played on 19 August 2018.[3]

                        1. JS Miannay-Lambercourt (winners in the first round) merged with US Moyenneville at the end of June 2018, taking the formers place in the competition.[54]
