2020–2021 East Mediterranean crisis
The 2020–2021 Eastern Mediterranean crisis is an intensification of military tensions between Turkey, Greece and their allies in the East Mediterranean Sea. Tensions rose following Turkey’s exploration operations in a disputed area in the Mediterranean.[28]
