All of the ACC teams, except for both Duke and Virginia, are scheduled to participate in the tournament. Duke cancelled their season after going 3-1[2] while Virginia cancelled their season after going 0-5,[3] so they will not compete in the conference tournament. Teams are seeded by record within the conference, with a tiebreaker system to seed teams with identical conference records.[4] The top four seeds received double byes, while seeds 5 through 11 received single byes.
