2021 PBA season
The 2021 PBA season will be the 46th season of the Philippine Basketball Association. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the season is tentatively scheduled to begin on April 9, 2021; the PBA's foundation day. It has yet to be decided if the association will have its regular three-conference format or if the games will be played in a bubble setup, similar to what was done during the 2020 Philippine Cup.[1] The association is leaning to organize only two conferences, due to uncertainty on whether imports would be able to play for this season.[2]

The first activity of the season will be the 2021 PBA draft to be held on March 14, 2021.[3]

Retirement
- On January 24, Cyrus Baguio announced his retirement from the PBA. Baguio played for 6 franchises in his 17 seasons in the association.[6]
- On February 1, Harvey Carey announced his retirement from the PBA. Carey played for TNT KaTropa for 17 seasons.[7]
