2021 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship

The 2021 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship is scheduled to be held from April 24 to May 1.[1]

Because of cancellations due to the COVID-19 pandemic this will be the first event to start the 2022 Winter Olympic Qualification process. The top 7 placing teams will qualify directly for the 2022 Olympics, if the Chinese team finishes inside the top 7 teams then the direct qualifications will expand to the top 8 teams.[2] All teams that qualified for this event, but don't directly qualify for the Olympics through placement will be guaranteed a spot at the 2022 Olympic Qualification event.
