A Tale of the Wanderers (Chinese: 天涯客; pinyin: Tiānyá Kè) is an upcoming Chinese television series based on the BL wuxia novel Tian Ya Ke by Priest starring Zhang Zhehan and Gong Jun. The series is expected to air on Youku with 32 episodes. [1]

Synopsis

Zhou Zishu (Zhang Zhehan) gets embroiled in a conspiracy in the martial arts world after quitting his job as the leader of an organisation tasked with protecting royalty. He meets Wen Kexing (Gong Jun), a mysterious martial artist who escapes from the Ghost Valley to avenge his parents’ deaths. They become fast friends, and embark on an adventure to find a legendary treasure that will give its owner ultimate power over jianghu.

Production

On July 3, 2020, the main leads Zhang Zhehan and Gong Jun were announced along with the production team. On the same day, the filming ceremony was held.[2]
