Reception

Sify wrote "This is yet another stale love story, which is far from having logic or sense".[4] Chennai Online wrote "It's a fairly average entertainer, but what is commendable is that the director does not waste much time in moving the story forward, by too many of those 'accidental encounter' type of scenes. He keeps the pace going, removing each hurdle as it crops up in the story, and moves to the climax briskly".[5] The Hindu wrote "Little else can be said about a film that has neither major gaffes nor unforgettable highlights".[6]
