Early life
Abolfazl Attar started learning filmmaking from Dariush Arjmand, in the early 1980s. He was an active member of the Iranian Young Cinema Society,[2] in the 0228161131/http://www.khanehcinema.ir/EN/IndexEN.aspx |archive-date=2010-02-28 |url-status=dead }}</ref> In 2007 he conducted a research project to revise and improve the legal rights of authors and intellectual property owners, and presented it to the Iranian authorities.
