Adhiratha
In the Hindu epic Mahabharata, Adhiratha is the foster father of Karna and the charioteer of Bhishma. He was also leader of all Sutas and royal charioteers. As the Bhagavata Purana, Adhiratha descended from Yayati and therefore was related to Krishna. He was also the descendant of Romapada,[1] the king of Anga and brother-in-law of Dashratha's descendant Shighra, king of Ayodhya.
His wife's name was Radha. They both had a son named Shon after Karna's adoption, who became his younger foster brother. Karna as his son was also called as Sutaputra karna. Shon was killed by Abhimanyu on the 13th day.
