Alexis Omar Méndez (born 23 October 1969) is a retired male professional track and road racing cyclist from Venezuela. He twice competed for his native country at the Summer Olympics: 1988 and 2000.[1]

1998: 1st in Stage 10 Vuelta al Táchira, Colon (VEN)
2000: 1st in General Classification Vuelta a la Independencia Nacional (DOM)
2001: 1st in Stage 10 Vuelta al Táchira, San Cristóbal (VEN); 1st in Stage 4 Vuelta a Venezuela, Puerto la Cruz (VEN)
