All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Vijaypur (AIIMS Vijaypur) is a public medical school and hospital based in Vijay Pur, Jammu and Kashmir, India, and one of the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMSs).[1] On 3 February 2019 Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the institute.[2] The institute became operational with the first batch of 50 MBBS students, one of the four AIIMSs to become operational in academic year 2020–21. AIIMS Rishikesh is the mentor institute of AIIMS Vijaypur. Also the temporary classes of AIIMS Vijaypur are going to start in AIIMS Rishikesh.[3]
